The protective flame retardant suits described in this specification are used in hazardous and hazardous environments such as firefighting and high-temperature metallurgical sites. The insulated coveralls meet the following visibility and safety standards: CAT/HRC 2, ATPV 8 cal/cm2 (electric arc flash rating), and UL NFPA 2112-2018 certification.
The flame retardant suit has no melting drops, and its washing durability reaches more than 50 times. It offers good wear resistance and wrinkle resistance, a higher cotton percentage, and is soft to the touch with no skin irritation. The coverall also has good elasticity in both dry and wet conditions, a stable size, small shrinkage, and is easy to wash and quick to dry.
The coverall is made of lightweight 7-ounce, 100% FR cotton-treated material, providing a soft, comfortable men's jumpsuit. It includes 2 chest patch pockets with a pencil slot in the left pocket, 2 waist patch pockets with side entrances, and 2 rear hip patch pockets. The heavy-duty copper buckle and elastic waist help workers have many conveniences and comfort while working.
